The photos should clearly show the front, back, side, bottom, four corners, inner, handle, shoulder straps, accessories, purchase receipt, brand LOGO, year engraving, serial number and damaged position of the product, about 10 pictures.

2. Price

We will quote within 24 hours
Prices will be positioned based on the product's brand, market value and demand, year, condition, size, material and our historical data.

3. Consignment

After price is negotiated, the customer needs to send the consignment to our Tsim Sha Tsui Showroom for further physical review and record. The product must be stored in Showroom to facilitate the photos shooting team and more easy for our customers purchase (Note: If the goods are retrieved within the storage time limit, the owner must bear the administrative fee of 5% of the price)

If it is not approved on this platform, it can be returned to the customer but the customer needs to go back to the showroom to retrieve it.

If it is not approved by Hermes Boutiques, they have the right to confiscate the defective product without any compensation and response. The platform will not bear any legal responsibility and compensation.
