FREE PICK UP SERVICE

We understand that Hong Kong people are very busy.

So we are launching 《FREE PICK UP SERVICE 》

To ensure a pleasant and smooth process, please read the following terms and conditions carefully :

* Free home delivery service is only limited to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and New Territories (excluding outlying islands), and it will be carried out in two periods from Monday to Saturday.

1. 10:00 am-2:00 pm, 2. 2:00 pm-5:00 pm.

* The total value of the free home delivery of goods must exceed HK$10000 or more, and the driver of our company is responsible.

* If the value of the goods is less than HK$10000, guests can also choose SF Express to receive and enjoy free door-to-door delivery service. (Service provided by SF Express)

* Free Home delivery service does not include parking fees (reported).

* If there is any change in the quantity or value of the items that have been agreed to be collected , please inform as soon as possible. (If the quantity is temporarily reduced, the company will charge the transportation fee for the recovery as a subsidy; at the same time, the company has the right to refuse to recycle the inappropriate items).

* The company has the right to refuse to collect any items that do not conform to the description.

* After the item is taken back to our showroom, it will be checked and verified. If the item cannot pass the Authentic Check , the company has the right to refuse the consignment.

* If customer want to cancel the delivery collection, please inform the staff at least two working days in advance.

* If company is unable to contact the guest in 30 minutes before the scheduled time, the collection will be considered as cancellation. Please re-subscribe.

* In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right of final decision.

Regarding the home delivery service arrangements under unstable weather and typhoons:

* Most of the items cannot withstand the wet or water. If the handling environment under the rain is open or the platform is potentially dangerous, the company reserves the right to delay the recovery time or change the recycling date.

* If the No. 3 typhoon signal or above, red or black rainstorm warning is hoisted two hours before the recovery service, the recycling will be cancelled on the same day and the company will contact the customer to reschedule the collection time.
